Given the nature and volume of processing, no data protection officer (DPO) has been appointed. Personal data requests are handled directly at the address above.

This institutional website collects the strict minimum. It includes no advertising network, no advertising tracker, no behavioural profiling tool and no audience measurement.

No data is resold, rented or shared for commercial purposes.

• — Contact form: name, organisation, email address, phone, subject and message. Purpose: answering the request and, where applicable, preparing a quote. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering received requests (art. 6-1-f GDPR), supplemented by the consent collected on sending.
• — Email correspondence: email address, exchange content. Purpose: answering the request. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6-1-f GDPR).
• — Contractual relationship: data needed to prepare a quote, an invoice and to follow up the engagement. Legal basis: contract performance (art. 6-1-b GDPR) and legal obligation (art. 6-1-c GDPR).

No field serves automated commercial prospecting. Phone is optional: provide it only if you agree to be called back.

• — Request via the contact form: 3 years from the last contact, then deletion.
• — Email correspondence: 3 years from the last exchange, then deletion.
• — Contractual and accounting documents: 10 years from the financial year end (legal obligation, art. L.123-22 French Commercial Code).

At the end of these periods, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Data is accessible only to authorised persons of the publisher. No data is transferred to any third party.

One technical sub-processor handles website hosting:

As the host is established in the United States, operating the website involves technical access to data from that country, which constitutes a transfer outside the European Union within the meaning of GDPR Chapter V.

This transfer is framed by the appropriate safeguards of GDPR Article 46, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the host’s published supplementary measures. Data sent via the form is used only to route the message.

Applied measures follow the publisher’s practices: encryption of data in transit, access partitioning, least-privilege principle and regular review of authorisations.

In case of a data breach likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, they are informed under GDPR Article 34, and the breach is notified to the CNIL within 72 hours where required.

Under GDPR Articles 15 to 21, you hold the following rights:

This website sets no tracking cookie: no advertising cookie, no audience-measurement cookie, no third-party cookie. No prior consent is therefore required, and no consent banner is shown.

The only cookie the website may set is a strictly necessary functional cookie named aigyros-lang, which stores your language preference (French or English) for one year when you switch languages. It is never used to track browsing.

The website uses no local storage and no persistent identifier to track your browsing. Fonts are self-hosted: no request is sent to any third-party service when viewing the pages.

This absence of trackers being a commitment, it will be re-verified with each website evolution. Should an audience-measurement tool ever be introduced, this page would be updated and your consent collected beforehand.
